All i can say they have not good breakfast at all and because all i know when its call buffet its complete in everything like the bread they dont have even put some butter on it and no pancakes or filipino breakfast cost money nothing.and very bad service.......becuase one guy in there ask about my bf if i am guest even i am the one who book...

Bathroom tiles were dirty, black stained were all over. Cockroaches & ants freely moving inside the room and on the bed, informed the front desk & house keeping but late action. I love las palmas been checking-in for years but my last stay didn't met my expectation. Cleanliness of the toilet should improve.

My husband and I always stay here for our layovers going back to the US. The mall is literally 15 seconds away, lots of food options, and you can do some last minute shopping without getting ripped off. It's a busy area but somehow this hotel manages to get its room very insulated and quiet which is just a dream come true for a hotel in metropolitan Manila.
